About

Cerevisia or the Belgian Journal of Brewing and Biotechnology is the Journal of the Associations of Former Students of Belgian Schools of Brewing Sciences and provides a medium for the publication of both full-length articles and short communications on all aspects of malting and brewing, including biotechnology. The Journal accepts papers ranging from genetic or molecular biological aspects to those covering biochemical, chemical or bioprocess engineering aspects, provided that in each case the material is relevant to malting, brewing or biotechnology. It's Source Normalized Impact per Paper (SNIP) is 0.380 and The SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) is 0.447. In the pas Cerevisia was published by Elsevier. All volumes (from 2010 onwards) are available online.

From 2015 onwards, all articles will be published digitally (online). An annual version that includes all articles of the past year will be published in print. Please subscribe here to receive a free printed copy of the annual edition and to get access to the cerevisia archive.
